This amazing family boat has been extremely well-maintained and cared for. The Sea Ray 400 Sedan Bridge is one of the best-selling sedans of all time.  The layout is perfect!!!  A large 14'3" beam offers tons of space in the cockpit, with wide walkarounds giving great access to the bow and forward deck.  Up the molded bridge stairs, you will find a bridge door for safety, three captain chairs forward with a large U-shaped seating area aft.  Through the salon, patio doors is an inviting seating area with a sofa to port and a love seat to stbd with a pull-out bed, forward to port is a raised booth-style dinette, opposite is the galley down.  The galley offers a full-size fridge, pantry, lazy Susan, deep sink, three-burner electric stove, and huge floor storage.  Forward to port under the dinette, you will find the side VIP stateroom with twin beds that convert to a king with hanging locker.  Forward is the day/guest head with full separate shower.  The primary stateroom has a large island bed forward off the bow with tons of headroom and hanging lockers on both sides and drawers below the bed.  A private ensuite with separate shower comes off the primary stateroom, giving you two full baths on this forty-foot yacht!.
